Exchange Policy
a. Product exchanges are accepted within 05 (five) calendar days from the date of product being delivered including the day of delivery. We strive to offer a pick-up service for exchanges, but it is not guaranteed. In such instances, customers are asked to ship the return themselves.
b. Please note that we offer only 1 (one) pick-up per order for exchanges, even if the logistics or operational error is on our part. Final sale items and sample units (which may have minor imperfections) are not eligible for exchange.
c. Products that are sent for exchange without original packaging are ineligible for exchange. Unauthorized in-bound shipments or ineligible exchanges will be recycled or discarded without notice and may cause additional service fees and/or future service restrictions.
d. Since we are a small business, the Company does not offer returns.
e. In case of any defects discovered within 05 (five) calendar days of delivery including the date of delivery, please email info@backpackstereo.com using the email associated with the order. As a small business, we cannot accommodate requests for standard or defective products beyond this timeframe.
f. To exchange you can go to my orders on your account page, then click on the order you want to exchange, select the item to be exchanged and submit the request. After that, please place the item you wish to exchange in the parcel the item was received in and hand it over to the delivery person assigned to carry out the pick-up. If such a method on the website is not available, you should email the request of exchange to info@backpackstereo.com.
g. Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if applicable) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to conduct necessary processes as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the day we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to a replacement.
h. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it, or which is worn, has any odour, or has any damaged/torn/cut tags and/or labels will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
